Payment Options for EVERYBODY

Children:  Ages 2-8    Parent & Child Yoga Workshops (Child free with paying adult)

                  Ages 7-11 Free with paying adult

Teens:       Ages 12-17    $5 drop in or $50 class card (parent waiver required)


Students:  Ages 18-22    $12 drop in or $100 class card (valid fulltime student id required)

Adults:      Ages 23-61   $15 drop in or $120 class card

Seniors/Military:  Ages 62 -122    $12 drop in or $100 class card (ID may be required)

Full Time Students who need individual assistance or those with special needs are required to have an adult accompany them during class.

 * Body Sculpt:  This is a 6 week register and prepay series!  Using light weights, resistance bands and your own body weight - you work through a whole-body experience, calling on multiple muscle groups for overall toning, strengthening and focus on the core.  Expect fun music and well-planned instruction using a circuit of stations that change frequently.  Your entire body will move through a rapid pace of exercise.  It's loads of smiles, with encouragement from the small group and you will leave with more stamina!

**Tai Chi: This is an 8-week progressive session – 1 week builds on the next!  If you are looking for another way to reduce stress, consider Tai Chi.  Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that is now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions.  Once described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements performed in a slow, focused manner which is accompanied by deep breathing.  Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.  Tai Chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.

Rest & Restore: Feeling stressed?  Gift yourself an hour of calm!  Nearly everyone can participate in these forms of very slow postures with an added dose of meditation.  This is exactly what you need to recover from your week!  Restorative Poses (gentle reclining with lots of props) followed by Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep - an easy, guided reclining meditation) with Merrilee - 9/15, 10/27, 11/10, 12/8, 12/29.  Aromatherapy Restorative Yoga (slow gentle reclining with lots of props and YL oils) with Kim - 9/8, 9/29, 10/20, 11/17, 12/1, 12/22.  Candlelight Yoga (gentle practice to melt away stress) with Shana - 9/22, 10/6, 10/13, 11/3, 11/24, 12/15.
